Beginner Study

What I have discovered through training and teaching is that if you can talk, you can sing. In everyday speech, we are constantly hitting different notes. If we weren’t, then we’d all sound like robots! That means that “I can’t sing” is merely an expression. You can sing – you may just need a little push.
Intermediate Study
Vibrato, Projection, Variation, Style, Mixing
Let’s give your masterpiece more energy! We can add some vibrato to that note, some power to that voice, and of course, some vibrant colors to those tones. Throughout this program, we will also be working on mixing your chest voice with your head voice until there is no break between them. If your throat hurts when you sing, don’t worry - this technique is a safe and powerful method that will never damage your vocal cords!
Advanced Study
Putting Everything Together, Expression
Once there is officially no break in your voice, we will incorporate all the elements learned in the beginning and intermediate programs until all the techniques become second nature. Then, we will briefly work on expressions.
Professional Study
Fine Tuning, Stage & Studio Performance
We will fine tune the voice to perfection for performances. In-studio coaching is recommended for all singers that are recording in any studio (professional or home). Having a coach in session will save you a lot of time and money, and I guarantee that your voice or your singer's voice will have significant improvements. In-studio coaching is offered at a reduced rate with a two-hour minimum, and like regular lessons, the first half-hour is free. Please call for details on in-studio coaching.
Breaking-Old-Habits Study
Learning to Sing Correctly
Singers who have been using their voices incorrectly can use the simple, flowing, non-damaging exercises that I give on a weekly basis. These exercises are given to break singers out of their old habits. If you can only sing three or four songs in a row before completely wearing out your vocal cords, something is not right. Please seek help immediately if this is your situation - with proper singing technique, you are supposed to be able to sing for hours with little or no fatigue.

The guitar is such a versatile instrument because you can be playing a peaceful folk piece or rockin' out on a heavy metal solo. Whether you're the folksy artist, the heavy metal shredder, or anything in between, Musique's got you covered. Our certified guitar instructor will teach you anything you want to learn from basic chords to improvising solos on the guitar. You will learn the music and the style that you want to play because we care about your interests. You also have the option of learning how to sing and play simultaneously.
VIOLIN LESSONS

Learning violin is not an easy task - there are no frets or keys for you to visualize and play exactly in tune. To master (or at least, play in tune on) the violin, our teacher requires you to work hard, have patience, and dedicate time to perfect your skills. Our certified violin instructor is here to help you through all of it. Whether you are already in an orchestra or starting to learn violin from the very beginning, the Musique Method is designed to help you have a thorough understanding of how to read music and play the violin.

PIANO LESSONS

Ages 4 to 5
What age should your child start piano lessons? It really depends on his or her level of concentration and whether or not they enjoy music naturally. In this series of piano lessons, 4 and 5 year olds instill basic musicality through fun exercises that involve rhythm, listening, ear training, and the beginnings of music theory.
Ages 6 to 9
This is a great time to start taking piano lessons. From the ages of 6 to 9, children are learning or already know how to read and solve basic math problems. Learning piano is an excellent way to boost their cognitive skills. In this piano series, children learn to read music in as little as four lessons. They learn skills in ear training, theory, sightreading, improvisation and performance in every lesson.
Ages 10 and up
Between the ages of 10 and 15, they are considered accelerated beginners. This series of piano moves faster than Piano Adventures®, but not quite as fast-paced as Adult Piano Adventures®. Students learn to read music in as little as three lessons. These accelerated beginners will learn ear training, music theory, sightreading, improvisation, and performance at a much faster rate than the regular Piano Adventures® series. They are accelerated beginners until they complete level two. After level two, they proceed to level three in the regular Piano Adventures® series.
Adult Beginners
It is never too late to begin learning how to play music! We openly accept, encourage, love, and truly admire the adult beginners that have the courage to begin learning an instrument. In this series of piano lessons, adults learn to read music in as little as two lessons. You'd be surprised at how quickly you'll be playing pieces and learning how to read music!
